Housing

The Cabine 457 is a loft-style cottage located directly on Saint-Laurent River's shore. Thanks to its large windows, you can make the most out of the splendid scenery offered by the place.

Being completely renovated, you wil find a warm but modern decor. The layout is ideal for 2 people and gives you the option of receiving 2 additionnal guests. Therefore, you will find all the kitchen essentials, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and other accessories. The chalet offers an open concept; everything is accessible from one big room. 

Outside, a beautiful terrace offers you the possibility of cooking on the BBQ and eating while enjoying the river's view and the boats that sail there. You will also find a fireplace to relax and admire the sunsets. The beach, right next to the cottage, allows you to go directly on the waters of the river and practice your favorite nautical activities.

Information to know about the chalet:

• The ceiling of the chalet is 6 feet below the beams.

• The parking space is for a maximum of two vehicles.

• Access to the chalet is via a right of way, only the chalet's land must be used for parking vehicles and practicing activities.

• When there are accumulations of snow on the ground, an all-wheel drive or 4X4 vehicle AND good winter tires are mandatory to access the property.
