This century-old country house has been freshly renovated and stands out from all our other chalets. Although anyone can stay there, it has been designed so that people with reduced mobility can stay there independently.

50 minutes from Quebec City, this cottage is located directly next to our famous Rustic Chalet, hence its name: The Lady Next Door! A short car trip allows you to take advantage of the many attractions offered in the region: beach, hiking, cross-country ski trails, family ski center, horseback riding and more.

Inside and out, The Lady Next Door offers amagnificent view of the fields and mountains while being close to amenities. Indeed, it is located on the main road linking Saint-Raymond to Rivière-à-Pierre. Its location is ideal for cyclists and snowmobilers. In summer, theJCP bike path is accessible directly from the property, while in winter, it becomesfederated trail 73.

Housing

Built on two floors, The Lady Next Door offers4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to8 people. On the ground floor, we find anopen area on the living room, dining room and kitchen. Teawood fireplace gives a warm atmosphere. The dining room can easily accommodate 8 people whilekitchen is fully equipped. The first floors also has a full bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a bedroom with a queen bed.

Upstairs,three other bedrooms can accommodate 6 additional people, also equipped with a queen bed each. The wooden rooms provide a rustic and relaxing atmosphere. The second floor also includes a small bathroom with asecond toilet.

Outside, you will find a covered patio as well as a terrace equipped with afireplaceet un private hot tub.

Adaptation for reduced customer mobility

The chalet isadapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Whether it is temporary such as a broken leg or for a more permanent situation, the chalet will meet everyone's needs. There we find anobstacle-free route from the entrance to the entire ground floor. The kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and bedroom are alldesigned to facilitate their use as well as travel. Lower switches, shower without threshold, grab bars, clearance under the sink, wider doors are just a few examples of suitable items. We arevery proud to be able to offer a chalet establishment adapted for a clientele too often forgotten!
