This 2-story mezzanine log cabin is located on a beautiful 3-acreprivate island with a bridge surrounded by the St. Anne River.It is the perfect place forswimming,fishing speckled trout andkayaking. Its prime location and the landscape that surround this cottage makes it one of our clients favorite!

The Royal Pine is close to all services such as convenience stores, grocery stores, hardware stores, SAQ and hunting and fishing stores. A ski mountain and theBras-du-Nord Valley are about ten kilometers from the cottage. The Valley is well known for the practice of several sports such as canoeing, kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing, climbing, mountain biking, via ferata and more!

Housing

The cottage has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds as well as a pull-out bed. You will find afully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, board gameset unpool table. 

The living room includes not one but two fireplaces. The main one is a stone fireplace and the second one is a slow combustion fireplace, perfect to warm you up during winter days. The main fireplace along with the mezzanine gives the place a warm atmospherein a rustic decor punctuated with contemporary details.

Outside, you'll find anoutdoor fireplacewith round wooden benches, picnic tables and acovered BBQ.

Information to know about the chalet:

• When there are accumulations of snow on the ground, plan an all-wheel drive or 4X4 vehicle and good tires to access the property.

• Considering the limited space, the pool table is smaller than a regular table (118 cm x 214 cm).

• The interior staircase is narrower and steeper than a regular staircase.
