Its modern design punctuated with rustic details offers a warm and welcoming environment. A short car trip allows you to take advantage of the many attractions offered in the region: beach, hiking, cross-country ski trails, family ski center, horseback riding and more. 

Its location is ideal for cyclists and snowmobilers. In summer, theJCP bike path is accessible directly from the property, while in winter, it becomes thefederated trail 73.

Housing

This modern country house built on two floors with 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a large open area on the living room, kitchen and dining room.The huge kitchen central unit is certainly one of the most unifying elements. The dining table can easily accommodate 10 people while the island can accommodate 5 additional people. In the living room you will find two sofas. A full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with Queen bed are also on this level.

Upstairs you will find a small living room for children, 3 additional bedrooms and a second toilet.

Outside, alarge covered patio allows you to enjoy the BBQ. The outdoorspaand thecampfire are positioned to maximize your enjoyment of sunsets!
