Description
The cheese factory was founded in 2007; Charles Trottier and Guylaine Rivard are today the two owners. By taking over the family farm, Charles had always cherished the dream of processing the milk from his brown Swiss cows. With his partner Guylaine, they developed a passion for raw milk cheese. All cheeses are made from milk from their herd of cows and the herd of goats and sheep from the MAFIX farm, also located in Grondines. Since the very beginning, all cheeses have been certified organic by Ecocert Canada.
