The cheese dairy was founded in 2007; Charles Trottier and Guylaine Rivard are the two owners today. By taking over the family farm, Charles had always dreamed of transforming the milk of his brown Swiss cows. With his partner Guylaine, they developed a passion for raw milk cheese. All cheeses are made from the milk of their herd of cows and the herd of goats and sheep from the MAFIX farm, also located in Grondines. From the very beginning, all cheeses have been certified organic by Ecocert Canada.
